The Engineering Sales Team is comprised of sales engineers with the technical knowledge of the HVAC equipment represented by Brucker. Their goals and intent are to educate our customers on product functionality and application as well as assist in product selection and usage so that these products are listed as basis of design on project plans. Social skills are required to speak intelligently and effectively to the engineering community, not only through written but oral communication via technical presentations. Flexibility and adaptability are key attributes of the sales engineer as this is a fast-paced and demanding industry, requiring passion and drive for success. The Engineering Sales Team must work as a team with the Contractor Sales Team as well as other internal employees of Brucker to be successful as one.
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Looking for a fast-paced work opportunity? Communicate with contractors and Brucker salespeople to manage all aspects of the customer experience. You will get the opportunity to be trained on HVAC products and systems and become an expert in the industry. Utilize your communication skills to effectively manage relationships inside and outside the organization.
Work with Bluebeam takeoff software, read plans and specifications, make technical product selections. New and varied jobs and equipment on nearly every quote. Learn the design and structure of a well laid out blueprint.
Do you desire a mix between technical and communication? Then the PM role might be right for you! You will get to learn all the technical knowledge for our products and systems, manage the organization of projects, and make sure that the customer gets what they require. This job is fast paced and varied in the tasks and assignments that you will perform.
An outside sales representative conducts meetings in the field via face-to-face interactions with both potential and existing customers. Outside Salespeople are professionals who increase sales by developing relationships within our industry. They follow up on leads and maintain established accounts as necessary. They are responsible for offering the best possible customer experience as well as providing technical explanations of any new or updated products from our manufacturers. Their excellent social skills allow them to foster strong relationships and build trust with the customer, ensuring they lead to future sales. They work closely with our inside support group to provide the customer with documentation, technical submittals, product tracking, and overall project management so the customer has a seamless experience with Brucker.
If you prefer the financial management side of business, you may find interest in Brucker’s Accounting Department. Our Accounting Team includes positions within both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, so you would gain experience on both sides of the spectrum. Work closely with every other department to provide preventative and reactive solutions to various circumstances while learning a myriad of systems such as FACTS, Kofax Total Agility, AssetTiger, and more. Strong attention to detail and communication skills, written and oral, stand out as core attributes for success in this role.
